1. Terms of Service & Terms of Use

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By checking the compliance box during registration and accessing the Copierex platform ("We", "Us", "The Platform"), you ("The Vendor", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our software.

1.2 Nature of the Platform

Copierex is strictly a software utility designed to assist independent agencies in managing hardware telemetry and generating invoices based on user-inputted data. We are not a financial institution, an accounting firm, or a legal advisory body. The Platform acts solely as a technological facilitator.

1.3 Termination & Suspension

The Administration reserves the absolute right to suspend, review, or permanently terminate any vendor node at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, security compliance failures, or non-payment of subscription dues.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Data Collection & Usage

We collect only the essential data required to operate your node, including Firm Name, Corporate Email, Phone Number, and the telemetry/billing data of the machines you manage. We guarantee that we will never intentionally sell, rent, or distribute your private operational data or client lists to any third-party marketing entities.

2.2 Security & Data Breach Disclaimer

While we implement modern security measures, cryptographic hashing, and secure database architecture, the internet is an inherently volatile environment. No system is 100% impenetrable.

In the unfortunate event of a cyberattack, unauthorized server breach, database hack, or unforeseen data loss, Copierex and its creators shall NOT be held legally or financially liable. You agree to utilize this platform at your own operational risk and are strongly encouraged to maintain independent local backups of your critical data.

3. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Clause

3.1 Zero Financial Liability

Copierex executes automated calculations based on the base rates, meter readings, and targets configured exclusively by you. Technology is susceptible to logical errors, rounding discrepancies, or temporary calculation glitches.

We hold absolutely no responsibility or liability for any financial losses, incorrect invoice generation, under-billing, over-billing, or business disputes arising between you and your clients. It is entirely your responsibility to audit and verify all ledger math and final invoice amounts before issuing them. By using Copierex, you waive all rights to claim financial damages against the creators.

3.2 Absolute No Warranty

The Copierex platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the continuous operation, 100% uptime, or error-free nature of the software. We explicitly disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, our billing operates on a strict subscription model. Please note the following regarding payments:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your node will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credits for partially used billing periods, mid-month cancellations, or accidental renewals.
• Account Expiry: If your subscription expires and is not renewed, your node will be automatically suspended by the system until dues are cleared.
